What do I do if my parceldoes not arrive?

In the event that your parcel is not received within 2-3 working days please contact us on [email protected] and our specialist trained advisors will look into your order for you and resolve any queries.

How do I obtain a VAT Invoice?

VAT invoices are available upon request, although in many cases our order confirmation is sufficient.

I’m not sure what boots I should have – how do I find out?

If you are unsure what boots you should be wearing speak to your employer’s health and safety manager. Failing that always work on the principle of more protection is always better than not enough.
